Terms of Service.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlatenFlow software, services, and website operated by Dockery Corporation (“Dockery”, “we”, “us”) located at platenflow.com (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing PlatenFlow, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

PlatenFlow is production management software for apparel decoration shops. The Service includes the PlatenFlow application (self-hosted or cloud), associated APIs and integrations, the marketing website, and any related materials we provide.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

PlatenFlow is offered on a per-shop subscription basis at the tiers and prices listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing period.

3. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. You retain access to the Service through the end of your paid term.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service except as permitted by law, (b) resell or sublicense the Service to third parties, (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Service or other users.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you process through PlatenFlow, including order records, customer information, art files, and production data. For self-hosted installations, this data resides on your hardware and we do not access it without your explicit permission. For cloud-hosted installations, we process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The PlatenFlow software, name, logos, and all related materials are owned by Dockery Corporation and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations

PlatenFlow integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Shopify, ShipStation, Stripe, Brother GTX printers, Kornit, S&S Activewear, and SanMar. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the centrally-operated portions of the Service (license server, update server, cloud-hosted instances) available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted PlatenFlow installations depend on your own hardware and network and are not subject to any uptime commitment from us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dockery Corporation’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay fees when due, or use the Service in a manner that creates risk for us or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
