Works with Fiery RIP via hot folder or REST API. Built-in gang sheet builder nests designs on 22"/24" roll stock. Each design slot gets a barcode stamped on the transfer — scan it at the press and PlatenFlow knows exactly which order it belongs to.

Groups orders by ink color count for efficient press setup. Art file routing, flash cure steps between colors, multi-color registration. Job ticket barcode prints automatically — scan at the press station.

Barcode prints on intake and travels with the garment. Operator scans at the embroidery table — PlatenFlow shows the design, custom text, and thread colors. DST file library per product: digitize once, every future order for that SKU auto-inherits the file.

Routes rhinestone orders to the template queue with pattern file lookup. TSC label printer fires a job ticket barcode automatically — travels with the piece through application and QC since you can't stamp a barcode on rhinestones directly.

Auto-detected via vendor tag (DTG/SPANGLE, DTG and Spangle, Spangle). DTG+Spangle runs DTG first, then routes to the spangle queue. Operators scan at their station to claim the piece. Compatible with ColDesi ProSpangle X3. 12" cap enforced on intake.

Hot folder integration routes sublimation files to your RIP or printer queue. Substrate-aware press profiles store time, temp, and pressure per product — right settings load automatically. Groups orders by substrate for efficient press batching.
