Dockery Corporation (“Dockery”, “we”, “us”) operates PlatenFlow at platenflow.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you subscribe to PlatenFlow, we collect your name, email address, shop name, billing address, and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

Usage telemetry. For installed PlatenFlow applications, we receive a heartbeat every six hours containing your install ID, app version, database size, and operating system. This lets us track whether your install is healthy and which version you’re running so we can deliver updates and support.

Marketing site analytics. The platenflow.com marketing site uses standard web analytics to understand which pages perform well. We do not sell this data or use it for behavioral advertising.

Support communications. When you email us, we retain the conversation to maintain support context.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Your production data. For self-hosted PlatenFlow installations, your orders, customers, art files, and production records stay on your hardware. We do not access this data. For cloud-hosted installations, we process this data solely to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose.

Your customers’ data. We do not contact, market to, or otherwise interact with your end customers.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to (a) provide and operate the Service, (b) process payments and manage subscriptions, (c) deliver software updates and respond to support requests, (d) communicate important changes to the Service, and (e) improve PlatenFlow based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with service providers needed to operate PlatenFlow: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (web hosting and security), Railway (cloud infrastructure), and GitHub (software releases). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and do not use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and tax purposes. Heartbeat telemetry is retained for up to 18 months for trend analysis and is then deleted. Support communications are retained for as long as needed to provide ongoing support.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, email hello@platenflow.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted credential storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protection of your information seriously.

8. International Users

PlatenFlow is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

9. Children’s Privacy

PlatenFlow is a B2B product not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days notice before they take effect.
